The app allows you to record your mood and associate it with a wide range of emotions and triggers. This feature acts as a daily journal, providing a visual representation of your moods and helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
By becoming more aware of your feelings and emotions, you can create a space for reflection and improve decision-making related to triggers and moods. The app also offers the option to share your mood checks with your therapist, facilitating additional support.
Moodlight Premium offers enhanced features:
- Observe Stats: Gain insights into your overall mood breakdowns, emotions, and triggers to identify trends and patterns.
- View History: Browse previous entries to observe changes in responses and moods over time.
To access the premium content and functionality, users can choose between monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. The recurring transaction will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase and will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the subscription ends. Renewals will be charged at the same cost within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscription management and auto-renewal settings can be adjusted in your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
